  • 56,000 square foot office/R&D facility for
    California Fuel Cell Partnership, West Sacramento, CA
    Completed 2000;
  • 48,000 square foot speculative office building called
    Creekside Court, Folsom, CA, Completed 1999;
  • 68,000 square foot office/call center facility for
    Electronic Data Systems, Rancho Cordova, CA;
    Completed 1999;
  • 46,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility for
    Video Products Distributors Phase I, in Folsom, CA
    Completed 1998;
  • 72,000 square feet for the California Highway Patrol, West Sacramento, CA, Completed 1998;
  • 85,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility for the Port of Sacramento, Completed 1998;
  • 42,500 square foot Sunrise Corporate Park, comprised of six one-story office buildings, Gold River, CA, Completed 1997
  • 105,000 square foot Honeywell (formerly C & K Systems), Inc. corporate headquarters, Folsom, CA, Completed 1997;
  • 75,000 square feet of tenant improvements for the Franchise Tax Board, Rancho Cordova, CA, Completed 1997;
  • 66,000 square foot build-to-suit state-of-the-art analytical lab facility for Quanterra (formerly Enseco, A Corning Company), West Sacramento, CA, Completed 1995;
  • 200,000 square foot 11-building office/industrial complex in South Sacramento, CA, Completed 1994;
  • 57,000 square foot lab and manufacturing facilities for J&W Scientific in Folsom, CA, Completed 1994;
  • 360,000 square foot build-to-suit office campus for California Federal Bank (formerly 1st Nationwide Bank), West Sacramento, CA, Completed 1993;
  • 190,000 square foot 4- building office/service complex in Rancho Cordova, CA, Completed 1990;

TPC projects currently underway include a 40,000 sf +/- three-story expansion for Video Product Distributors in Folsom, CA due to be completed in May 2002; a 160,000 +/- sf two building administrative call center for Progressive Insurance in Rancho Cordova, CA due to be completed in June 2002; a 36 room hotel expansion on the waterfront in Alameda, CA; and a 10 acre speculative office project in West Sacramento, CA

Before the creation of TPC, Mr. Pigman was a titled officer and partner of The Koll Company. Prior to joining The Koll Company in 1989, Mr. Pigman was President of The Sandpiper Companies, a real estate development firm headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona; an executive with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group; and, an investment specialist with Iliff Thorn in Phoenix, Arizona.
